Convenience Store Recharge

Recharge your Chunghwa Telecom prepaid service at any of the major convenience store chains across Taiwan, including 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, and OK Mart.

  1. Visit your nearest convenience store.
  2. Inform the cashier that you want to recharge your Chunghwa Telecom mobile number.
  3. Provide your mobile number to the cashier.
  4. Specify the desired recharge amount. Convenience stores typically offer fixed amounts such as NT$300, NT$500, and NT$1000.
  5. Pay the recharge amount in cash or by using your store-specific payment card (e.g., iCash, EasyCard).
  6. The cashier will provide you with a recharge receipt. Keep this receipt for your records. The recharge is usually applied to your account within a few minutes.
